• Diese Arbeit verfolgt das Interesse, Einblicke in die Kontextualisierung Klinischer Sozialer Arbeit zu geben, die im rehabilitativen, stationären Setting in Rehabilitationseinrichtungen in Süddeutschland angesiedelt ist. Zu Beginn wird die Entwicklung Klinischer Sozialer Arbeit mit ihren sozialtherapeutischen und sozialpsychologischen Ansätzen sowie das Forschungsfeld Rehabilitation betrachtet. Darauf folgt die Formulierung der Forschungsfrage, in dessen Fokus die Erkundung des Erlebens Klinischer Sozialer Arbeit und Klinischer Psychotherapie im Setting steht. Von Interesse sind vorzufindende Kontextbedingungen sowie mögliche Überschneidungen von Zuständigkeiten und Kompetenzen innerhalb der Interdisziplinarität. Die Befragung der Professionen erhebt die Perspektiven über Einschätzungen, Haltungen und das Tätigkeitsverständnis im Arbeitsalltag aus der Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung. Zuletzt werden die Ergebnisse zusammengeführt und um die evidenzbasierte Perspektive ergänzt. Durch den Vergleich wird deutlich, dass Klinische Soziale Arbeit im Forschungsfeld als unentbehrlich angesehen wird. Sie kann Klient:innen aufgrund ihrer bestehenden Expertise und sozial-interventiven Angeboten bei der Lebensbewältigung in deren Lebenswelt unterstützen sowie eine selbstbestimmte Lebensführung und gesellschaftliche Integration und Teilhabe ermöglichen.
• This thesis pursues the interest to give insights into the contextualization of Clinical Social Work, which is in the rehabilitative, inpatient setting in rehabilitation facilities in Southern Germany. At the beginning, the development of clinical social work with its socio-therapeutic and socio-psychological approaches as well as the research field of rehabilitation will be considered. This is followed by the formulation of the research question, which focuses on the exploration of the experience of clinical social work and clinical psychotherapy in the setting. Of interest are the existing contextual conditions as well as possible overlaps of responsibilities and competences within the interdisciplinarity. The questioning of the professions will collect the perspectives on assessments, attitudes, and the understanding of activities in the everyday work from the self-perception and the perception by others. Finally, the results are combined and supplemented by the evidence-based perspective. Through the comparison it becomes clear that clinical social work is seen as indispensable in the research field. Due to its existing expertise and social-interventive offers, it can support clients in coping with life in their living environment and enable them to lead a self-determined life and to integrate and participate in society.
