• Kooperation setzt einen Informationsaustausch voraus. Die Veränderung der Kooperation durch die Globalisierung und Dezentralisierung von zusammenarbeitenden Personen und Organisationen ließen neue Kommunikationswege entstehen. Innerhalb der Jahre 1980 – 2022 wurden Technologien entwickelt, die den Informationsaustausch und die soziale Interaktion im digitalen Raum beeinflussen. Ein wesentliches Werkzeug dafür sind sogenannte Groupwares. Sie sind „[...] computer-based systems that support groups of people engaged in a common task (or goal) and that provide an interface to a shared environment.“ (Ellis; Gibbs; Rein 1991) Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Gestaltung einer solchen Groupware bzw. eines Kollaborationstools als Unterstützung für Meetings auf Basis gesellschaftlicher Einflüsse. Beginnend mit der aktuellen Beschaffenheit und Klärung der Begriffswelt, folgt darauf die Auseinandersetzung mit theoretischen Hintergründen, die eine Bearbeitung dieses Themas erst erlauben. Im nächsten Schritt wird die technische Realisierung mit all ihren Projektschritten, vom Grundgedanken bis hin zum Einsatz in unterschiedlichen Bereichen, erläutert. Die durchgeführte Evaluation in simulierten Umgebungen gibt Rückschlüsse auf eine Adaption. Anschließend werden Empfehlungen für eine weitere Entwicklung und Untersuchungen abgegeben und zukünftige Möglichkeiten behandelt.
• Cooperation requires an exchange of information. The transformation of cooperation due to globalization and decentralization of cooperating individuals and organizations gave rise to new communication channels. Within the years 1980 - 2022, technologies were developed that influence the exchange of information and social interaction in the digital space. An essential tool for this are so-called groupwares. They are „[...] computer-based systems that support groups of people engaged in a common task (or goal) and that provide an interface to a shared environment.“ (Ellis; Gibbs; Rein 1991) The goal of this thesis is to design such a groupware or collaboration tool as a support for meetings based on social influences. Starting with the current constitution and clarification of the conceptual world, this is followed by the examination of theoretical backgrounds, which allow a discussion of this topic in the first place. In the next step the technical realization with all its project steps, from the basic idea to the implementation in different areas, is explained. The evaluation carried out in simulated environments gives conclusions for an adaptation. Subsequently, recommendations for further development and exploration are given and future possibilities are discussed.
